Contest Brief

We are looking for a website design for a rural drinking water company. The site will be implemented in WordPress. We need a homepage, a subpage, and a contact us page design.

*** NOTE: This is for the design in Photoshop only - we will handle the conversion to HTML / WordPress **

The company provides drinking water hookup to homes in a rural farm area in the US. Good visual elements might be rolling farm land combined with drinking water and other water related imagery.

Required elements include:
- Navigation (Home, News, New Customer, Resources, Rates, Rules and Regs, Board and Staff, Pay Online, Contact Us)
- News items / updates
- A "Water Facts" rotator
- A content/image rotator on the homepage
- A "Make Payment Online" button / link

I've attached a screenshot of another rural water company's website that will have similar pages. I've also attached a potential home page layout.

We will need the design as a layered PSD.
