Contest Brief

I am looking to re-design my website but for now I need to put in a better landing page. The site includes a WooCommerce store.

The landing page should improve on the existing home page by being easy to read.
It should be implemented using a wordpress plugin or other method that makes it easy to edit and update on the fly.
The navigation menu must be visible and easy to access on either mobile or desktop

The website is at www.nomadcharger.com Attached is what the new website structure will be like.

I saw http://wordpress.org/plugins/landing-pages/ and OptimizePress but really have no time to look into it.
