Contest Brief

Hi,
I’d like you to design a folding postcard that is 4.25 x 5.5 inches. This will be two folding postcards printed from one standard 8.5 x 11 piece of paper (double sided printing).

• The front of the post card will have a “hand written” note (not just a font) and will have the text:
“We can help you sell your home for only 3.5% Total commission. Visit RealEstate100.com/offer and learn how you could save approximately (Leave space for us to be able to hand write in a number)”

• The back (address side) of the post card should follow the standard dimension for bleed area that I've included in attachment. It will include the text below and include white space for the recipient address to be written in. No return address area is required

Yeay, if you can see the example... I'd just like this message to appear as a hand written note rather than just font. I believe hand written messages have a higher read rate for mail marketing than something that looks like it is mass produced.
