Contest Brief

I need a postcard designed 5.5" x 8.5". This is a Real Estate postcard but I am open to any ideas. Must be able to be edited with photoshop cs5. I want the ability to change the text and backround photos later on. I will rate as often as possible so you will get an idea of what I like. I need all logos attached included. I also attached my picture below my picture I need the following info:

I need to be able to edit the photos and the wording on both the front and back of the post card. For example, would like to have "JUST LISTED" AND "JUST SOLD" POSTCARDS AND NEED TO BE ABLE TO WRITE A DESCRIPTION ON THE BACK.

Are you open to different ideas? as #5 and #7 did the exact layout design as your sample link which you provided.. there could be a copyright issue later . I mean if the designer finds out that his designs are being re-created, he could Report for stealing his idea.

for the initial backround picture, I would like to use the Naples Pier. you can find photos of the pier on Google- Naples, Florida Pier
and I want to be able to change the picture as necessary.
