  For future contests or projects like this with the same amount of 7 small web ads, what $30 fair or should it have been another amount (keep in mind with no animated ads)? I plan to need many more in the future.

     Most projects will be asking for 7 small ads of the same type and brand. I would provide the direction, copy and images to be used. It would just the designers job to put together and make it work.

  Not sure why using the blue? Curious though. Use the reds seen on his newspaper. The sky blue is actually the competitions colors: www.eaglefeathernews.com

     Present files you have uploaded are jpg and pdf files. By vector I mean original files in illustrator or corel. Actually for logo its not a problem, but for file "Indigenous Times Writing Example.jpg" - when scaled down it shows pixelation.
     
     I will also try to add new entry with representation of person reading the paper. Actually I am not understood statement "An image of the front of the December issue is needed" - I checked ISSUU website but there no. of magazines

  I want to send people to read the paper online. Better to use Indigenoustimes.ca (will be using very soon)

  The animated GIF is not necessary. I thought it would be a nice touch. If you do decide to go that way. it would just be an animation of someone reading the paper. So essentially using a program like Camtasia and recording the screen of a person reading the paper. No person is needed just a representation of how it looks when you are reading using ISSUU.

     yes sir, but if I reduced it to 16 colors, the gif animation does'nt looks good, an animated gif should be of 2- 3 frames only for web display... The required animation will not work with gif. either it can be done beautifully with flash or by creating a movie file

  Just animating images works. I made one using Photoshop. Just for people to get a sense that they can read the paper online. That is my main point.
