Dear Freelancer,

We are a small chapter around cloud security and we are organizing local chapter events throughout the year. The current event flyer doesn't cut it anymore I would like something fresh and more fitting to what we do.

For the upcoming event around bit-coins I would like to have a new flyer template. The template then can be used for the other events we will be holding.
It must be editable in word since I don't have any design software available. Also think about an easy template to deal with i.e. if we have less speakers at an event for instance. It should be easy to remove a speaker or add another topic for instance.

I also want a participation certificate template to use on the events to hand out to the participants. This template should also have the same look and feel as the event flyer. The additionally I would like to have an e-mail signature with the event details and the Chapter logo in it.

Three things in this Freelance offer:
- New flyer template (word)
- participation certificate based on the same look and feel of the event template also as a template but maybe PPT
- e-mail signature
