Contest Brief

Would like a floor plan and some 3d designs to go off as we revamp our outdoor entertaining area! We would like to open up the area by removing the window and door and replace it with a bifold door. We would like this to open out on to a timber deck that sit above the current pavers, making it level with the inside floor and extending as far as the blue shaded area in image 6. Open to any new ideas as well!

We would like to be able to use these design to take to a builder so he can quote & etc.
