We are looking for a Website and cross-platform mobile app both with admin and content management back-end.

go ahead and create an account on the first site. It is free.

The idea is to create a social community of like-minded people in the first site and provide social in-person events.

- solution must include a membership management system that can have different membership tiers with customizable privileges to the site and web app based on membership tier.
- solution must include a creative way for people to search each other and add each other as friends with the ability to message each other like in site #1
- solution must be integrated with both Paypal and a payment gateway that supports UK bank accounts
- solution must contain a forum area for members like in site#1 with as many social features as possible, including reporting inappropriate posts.
- an easy to use backend system to manage: membership, forum administration, contents, etc.
