  Your idea seems Ok in theory, but if you want a bi-fold layout then you need to provide something of an idea for the centre back of the brochure

  4. On completion - fold the documents left edge to the middle and right edge to the middle - and hopefully it will be in a brochure format so that if you open the left page. The social benefit tax open the right page to see the economic benefit text - once open together you will see the benefits of the whole project - is that clear for you

  3. All of the social benefit text goes to the left-hand side of the field and all of the economic benefit text to the right-hand side of the field. They can be in text boxes, tech shapes - in the goals of each can go under the goalposts.

  2. Now turnover that same sheet of paper and print on it the actual ground of a rectangular sports oval - so gridiron, rugby league, soccer/football etc.

  1. Grab a A4 sheet of paper - print on it a football stadium - doesn't matter if it is a top-down view or side shot. On the left-hand half write the words social benefit - on the right-hand side write the words economic benefit.

  Landscape - either A3 or A4 - if you sit a piece of A4 paper on the desk and fold both ends into the centre that will form the front page - I'm hoping that make sense. So that as you open each side of the paper - one side deals with social benefit the other side economic benefit. So like a football field split into two halves.
