EmpowerED Endeavors Coordinated Marketing Design Set
This is a GUARANTEED DESIGN CONTEST for one coordinated three-piece marketing set for EmpowerED Endeavors, LLC.
One winner will be selected and awarded the full contest prize. The winning designer will complete all three pieces and provide the required final files.
EmpowerED Endeavors works with schools, districts, leaders, educators, and organizations. I am looking for a designer who can use our existing logo, brand assets, approved wording, QR code, and 4Es Model graphic to create professional, polished marketing materials that feel like one coordinated brand family.
This is not a logo redesign, brand redesign, 4Es Model redesign, or copywriting project. Provided messaging and existing brand assets should not be rewritten or recreated.
Deliverables
1. Evergreen EmpowerED Endeavors Flyer
Size: 8.5 × 11 inches, portrait
Primary evergreen brand and business-development piece suitable for conferences, networking, vendor tables, and other professional settings.
Primary headline: “MAKE STRATEGIES STICK.”
Include Lead Learning Boldly™
Areas to feature:
Shared Understanding
Roles and Expectations
Implementation Support
Coaching and Feedback
Evidence and Next Steps
Incorporate the provided existing 4Es Model graphic without altering, recoloring, redrawing, or redesigning it.
Include the 4Es Model Assessment call to action and provided QR code.
Include the approved website, email, Instagram, and founder information supplied with the contest materials.
2. Coordinated Postcard
Size: 4 × 6 inches, front and back
Campaign headline: “WHEN STRATEGIES STOP STICKING.”
The visual concept should communicate something that should hold, connect, continue, or “stick” but is beginning to lose its hold.
Possible visual directions may include sticky notes falling away or another clever professional interpretation of the concept.
The visual should be memorable and creative without looking childish or gimmicky.
Include the EmpowerED Endeavors logo, supplied campaign copy/call to action, website, and QR code.
The postcard should clearly belong to the same visual brand family as the flyer while having its own campaign personality.
3. Speech-Bubble Display Graphic
Primary prompt: “What would you say if you knew your voice mattered?”
Create a large speech-bubble design with an open response area where participants can place sticky notes.
The design should be appropriate for conferences, workshops, professional learning, and other events.
It should be evergreen and reusable rather than tied to a specific conference or date.
Maintain the same EmpowerED Endeavors visual identity as the flyer and postcard.
Brand Direction
A detailed EmpowerED Endeavors Designer Brand & Visual Guidelines PDF will be provided and should be followed.
Use only the approved brand colors and exact hex codes.

Modern
Clean
High contrast
Credible
Easy to scan
Strong rather than pastel
The materials should work across education, leadership, business, nonprofit, association, and organizational settings.
Avoid:
Cartoonish designs
Apples, pencils, school buses, chalkboards, graduation caps, or other school clichés
Generic corporate stock-template styling
Excessive effects or decorative clutter
Overly pastel designs
Crowded layouts
Recoloring or recreating supplied brand assets
Provided Brand Assets
Designers will receive:
EmpowerED Endeavors logo
Designer Brand & Visual Guidelines
Existing approved 4Es Model graphic
Approved copy/content
QR code
Current contact information
The provided logo and 4Es Model graphic must be used as supplied. They should not be redesigned, redrawn, recolored, or reinterpreted.
Entry Expectations
This contest is for one coordinated three-piece set, not three unrelated designs.
Contestants should submit enough of all three pieces for me to evaluate the overall visual system and determine how well the pieces work together.
At minimum:
The flyer should be developed enough to assess the proposed final design
The postcard should show the proposed front and back direction
The speech-bubble display should show the proposed layout and brand treatment
Concepts should demonstrate how the same EmpowerED Endeavors identity will carry consistently across all three pieces.
Submitting only one finished piece without showing the proposed direction for the other two pieces will not provide enough information to evaluate the entry.
Winner and Final Handover
One winner will be selected and awarded the full guaranteed contest prize.
The contest prize covers completion and finalization of all three marketing pieces.
The winning designer must provide:
Editable source files
Canva preferred when possible
Print-ready PDF files with appropriate bleed and safe margins
300 DPI print-quality files where applicable
CMYK versions for professional printing where applicable
High-resolution PNG and/or JPG files where appropriate
Scalable/high-resolution production file for the speech-bubble display
Fonts or font information needed to maintain the design
Final files with all supplied QR codes, contact information, and approved copy correctly inserted
The three final pieces should look like a coordinated EmpowerED Endeavors marketing collection, while allowing each piece to serve its individual purpose.
