I am the owner of XOOM PRODUCTIONS, INC. in California the City of Riverside, and I am paying Over $5000.00 per year for extended licenses... some of my images not only here, but in some contests too are fully purchased with extended license(s)..   I have opened a ticket/dispute and mentioned to the support everything.. And now it has been escalated to the graphic moderators and higher management.. I will also put a request so they can update the contest are when it comes to publishing, there will be an option to tick, allow stock elements or don't allow stock elements usage "unique design" simple! ain't it?? @ mekuig >> As I have mentioned earlier my company owns several commercial stock accounts, with 25 daily access/downloads to any type of files even with the extended licenses, the accounts costs us over $5K per year and we make big cash off the stock when it is needed by big companies who pay out real money and not $70.00 or pennies! Do you really think it is worth the trouble for $70?? WT!! I really don't get it! Or is it all about the $70 and the community haters? What ever...

If you did not sign the contract, you are in time to avoid future problems. I do not think the designer has paid an extended leave of $60USD to win $70USD (minus the 10% commission) ... It's just an opinion. Greetings!
