I Need a design for a association/charity Named FAIR Wil. The function of FAIR Wil is to help people who doesn't understand well the language or forms sent by autorities. We help people (all for free) in finding a Job or an appartment or to inform them, where there are existing
It is a site with a blog (and the normal usual sites like Homepage, about us, contact etc.), Video integrated and a contribute button, where People can pay a free amount over paypal.

I Need now a great design for that which has a friendly and eye catching look. our visitors are mostly migrants and People with harder perspecitves but also normal families and single parents. The look mustnt be sniveling. it should be welcome and give People perspective, that they have a Information ceter, wher they get helped and welcome from a friendly and competent team, who works for free.

It must be HTML5 and CSS3 and use bootstrap responsive!! So please Keep that in mind
