Contest Brief

Profil:

We are a mobile and web agency.

Task:

We want to tell to our clients that we treat all our projects as a story and that wish to be successful. So, we want to create a square (aprox 15 x 15 cm) that explain visually with a small history how their project will be executed.

Here different steps of our working process that have to be translated in a nice story :

1) Determination of need and objectives of the project (do we need mobile app ? responsibe website ? Who are the users ? What do the customer wants?)
2) Determine the concept of the project and the marketing aspects ( do we need to sell products? How to attract users ? How to interest uses in the app or website ?)
3) Decomposition of the project in USER Stories (see attached)
4) Give each USER Story a value ( in story point)
5) Give a final offer and project concept with an evaluation of story points
6) Start of the development phase
7) Decomposition of the development in steps (sprints of 2 to 5 weeeks)
8) After each sprint there’s a review of what has been made. The client confirm so that the next step can be made
9) Each sprint is repeated until the end of the project
10) Agile development is the guarantee that the final product will be what the client wants
11) End of the project
12) Deployment phase on our servers
13) 6 month bug free guratenee and support

NOTES:

1) ITS IMPORTANT TO RESPECT MODERN FLAT DESIGN that fits to our corporate identity: tokiwi-services.ch
2) BE CREATIVE TO TELL US THE STORY (please to not just copy down the 13 points but try to tell a story)
3) The goal is to create a psd template on which we then can change the content if needed.
4) User Story – Story Points explanation:

The trickiest part will probably be to explain and illustrate the concept of User Story and Story Points. The document attached shows how we did, it’s may be sth that can inspire you. Remember that we want a document on which the user can follow a kind of story, from the beginning of the project to its deployment. An idea could be to use designed peoples etc. But we don’t want a graphic with process, it must look fresh, simple and narrated.
