Contest Brief

I need to create a site with functions similar to the snapshot attached.
The snapshotted site allowed user to submit a question to Barack Obama.
In addition to the logo, all questions were listed on the left.
After the form u see the list of most used words.
We should also add, after the most used words, the list of tweets with a given hashtag.
