Contest Brief

I need an icon for my app. The app displays real-time information, giving them everything they need to get a general sense of what it going on with one tap (weather, time, stock market, news, etc.). Make it look good. I want a central logo, so don't try to incorporate a lot of concepts. Something that looks appealing and focused. Thanks.

There is a lot of thought that goes into finding a way of incorporating all those concepts into a single focused and relevant image. I believe that your prize cannot even cover the first stage of the brainstorming, much less the entire project, from brainstorming, to the selective process, to sketch, to execution on the computer. Ultimately, $30,00 will get you a senseless quick fix and a poor quality icon.
If you decide to change your mind about the quality of designers you wish to draw into your contest, you're welcome to triple your budget and send me an invitation.

I want the logo to just look good. Don't try to put all the elements of what the app does in it.
