Contest Brief

Require a design and layout for home renovation. I would like to see design and layouts to do the following:
- Extend the house at the back by 6m (length) x8m (width) - this is maximum possible extension, if there is a better design with a smaller extension - i'm happy to consider it too. - See attachment "Example of Possible Ground Floor" for what a neighbour has done.
- Extend into the loft - to create a bedroom with ensuite. - See attachment (Proposed Loft Extension) for a previous plan done for this space.
- Extend over the side to create a first floor, use this to create extra room for first floor. - See attachment (Example of Possible First Floor) for what a neighbour has built in this space.
- Updated first floor should contain 3 bedrooms with 3 en-suites bathrooms.
- Rear Garden Design
- Garden Room - to be used for storage and office area, please note this garden room design should be an interesting shape and design - not just a standard box
- Front drive design, to enable 2-3 cars to be parked at front of house - by removing existing wall at front of house and extending dropped curb to full width of house.
- Winning design must provide pdf and CAD drawings.
- Designs that show structural changes required, renderings of possible interior designs for each room will place higher scores in contest.
