Design one Still Image to overlay our How it Works video

Contest Brief

Our company is an Australian dog minding network.
We require a Designer to create a unique still high-res image that will be used to overlay the 90 second 'How it Works' video that is featured on our homepage.
Please see the attached screenshot of our homepage and the current How it Works still image.

The new image should have the following features:

- A clear call-to-action to watch the video, text such as "Learn more", "Dougal's Story", "How it Works" are all lines that can be used but are not essential. Feel free to add your own line that you think is a clear call-to-action.
- Clean, fun and simple
- The design should be in-line with the current website's branding and colours (i.e it needs to fit well on the site)
- The design should work around the red You Tube 'play video' arrow that will sit over the image

The image DOES NOT need a play button as the You Tube video embed features automatically places a red arrow over the image.
We will require the winner to provide the image in .EPS form.

for #22 can you please remove all text at the top (Dougal's story etc..) Also for text in the green bar can you please use text (font style) similar to that used on the homepage.

#15 - great work! Can you show me a still of the girl sitting on the bed playing with Dougal? Also, can you remove "Dougal is happy, so am i".Can youplease change the purple colour to another colour more suited to the site. Lastly, for the "learn more" text can you use the running-writing style that is used on the homepage?
#10 there is too much text. Please just use "Watch my short story to learn more". Can you also se the running-writing style that is used on the homepage for the "learn more"?

The call-to-action need to be in the actual image, not underneath it.
I would also like to see some entries that are using a still image from the video.
