Contest Brief

I have a forum app. Need 1 page (or 2 pages, depending on how you do it) to be designed.

The page is for users to type in a question. The page has a title. The user has 2 options:
1. To type in the question (the textfield should be multi-lined).
2. To voice record the question (NOT speech-to-text, but audio recording)

The user may also wish to take a picture of something and upload it with the question.

A few screenshots of the app are attached so that you can be consistent with the colours and the style.

(I mentioned that it was 1 or 2 pages in case you decide to design it as 2 tabs, 1 for text, the other for voice recording)

It's up to you how to design this.
