Our mobile application - Indoor navigation inside a mall

We need - user location marker icon. like this one https://cdn4.iconfinder.com/data/icons/online-communication/512/Navigation_Arrow-512.png
but different

We want to increase the experience level and make something much more relevant to the indoor mall world. some possible keywords for a direction - creature, a-sexual, animal, alien, urban, hipster, cool, hype, light

The icon has to have a direction - when a user turns we have the ability to show him which way he is turning, so the icon has to allow that. the implementation is up to you some possibilities - if the icon has a body the direction can be an organ of his body - hand/nose etc. it can also be something wearable that can turn in a circle and point to all directions, or a clock hand etc etc.

I'm reopening the contest to see some more suggestion, and also adding some inputs -

This an idea, it's not must to use. Anyway this has to be taken as inspiration, because I think that POV should be top view (e.g. #44 , 61) and not like you seen the owl in the link I attached.

Personally I think it would be nice to see some combination of the owl and e.t. or Wall-E (they all have the big eyes which can also have the hipster glasses on them

Anyways have in mind that you should use visible and big details in your design , since the icon is gonna be seen small on the map

  But if it was top view, wouldn't big eyes not matter because it would be hard to see them anyways?

thanks everybody so far. Most of you are not in the right direction. We are looking for something much more with emotional connection and appeal, look at my tag words for the idea. Thats why we thought of something that has eyes - creature, animal, human asexual, alien or whatever, it can help make an emotional bond.
