Design some Icons for cloud networking software application

Contest Brief

Please read all of this ad before starting design and it contains the full brief and the legal terms for working together.
We require an icon designed for our cloud based file sharing software and mobile device app.
The icon design must scale well into the following sizes:
16x16
32x32
64x64
128x128

Total of 6 variations of the same icon are required
1 x Primary icon (main icon) for the application client software, which will be on the icon for the program and the mobile app
3 x variations of the primary icon which show movement in the taskbar, this is representing data is being transferred, (ideally the same as the primary icon with different colours or shape change, arrow colour change etc).
1 x icon showing an "offline" (no connection) state
1 x Icon - to alert of an issue with the connection (on the windows taskbar).

To help you - The product is cloud computing and the icon we show data being sync'd between the local device and the "cloud", so think of data or foler and files being copied into the cloud etc..

By submitting an icon you agree to these conditions.

The ownership rights of the finally selected and awarded logo will be transferred to Network2Share Pty Ltd unequivocally.

The finally selected and awarded logo designer shall voluntarily transfer the intellectual property ownership rights, including all copyrights, trademarks and other relevant intellectual property protection assets, to Network2Share Pty Ltd, and shall not be entitled to any future claim of compensation from this ownership rights transfer.

The finally selected and awarded logo designer agrees not to infringe on Network2Share Pty Ltd's trademark in future by creating similar variants of this logo and warranties that the designed and submitted logo does not infringe on any third-party's trademarks and/or intellectual property rights.

Final selection and award of the logo is completely at the discretion of Network2Share Pty Ltd.
This discretion of Network2Share Pty Ltd is indisputable and any communications related to this will not be entertained.
