Design some Icons/Badges for motivational system for employees

Contest Brief

We are creating a motivational system for employees to let them award each other with certain badges representing social recognition for extraordinary attitude, behavior or just a say a simple “thank you”. Badges will be used in web application in various situations. People will be gaining achievements and will be rewarded whoever gets most.
We need 20 badges/icons in 2 categories:

Category 1 – recognition for being:
1. Team Player
2. Helping Hand
3. Problem Busters
4. Eagel Eye
5. Idea Generator
6. Safe heaven
7. Battery Pack
8. Run like clockwork
9. Guru
10. Demon for work
11. Wizard
12. Team spirit
13. Entrepreneur

Categooy 2 – general:
1. Cheer on
2. You helped me
3. Keep it up
4. Thanks for inspiration
5. Thank you
6. Good work
7. Congratulations

Please make sure that your design is in line with other look and feel in our web application (see samples in attachments).
It will be used in variety of places like post on company news stream, personal achievements tab in user profile and many more.
Icons should not “stand out” to much but must be visible. We would rather look for soft colors. Mono or dual color icons will also do. Shapes and styles are undefined yet but must fit ascetic style of web app. Icons need to be intuitive to for easy understanding what they represent or what attitude was rewarded.

Icon should fit into square but it’s shape is open for design. Icons must be salable since specific usage is not yet fully designed.

File format:
We need to have it in vectors so preferred format is SVG, EPS or AI + PNG in all listed below sizes.
PNG files should have transparent backgrounds.

Winner must be able to provide each icon in following sizes:
• 128x128
• 64x64
• 48x48
• 40x40
• 32x32
• 24x24

Other requirements.
Winner will be required to sign Copyright transfer agreement of exclusive copyrights with freedom to modify the final outcome for all icon designs (see attached agreement template)
We will also need to receive an invoice for the amount of contest price.

    Another hint for anyone participating. Imagine someone would like to give YOU a "Great job" or "Thank you" or "guru" badge on freelancer.com and this badge would be visible in public. Yep, pls make sure you yourself would actually like this badge and not be shamed by the badge.

    Just for clarification. I don't have any specific style of icon in mind but I need well prepared, not copied, high quality icons. Just to give you some examples and show that I am open for many different styles and concepts take a loog at some badges I was looking at before posting this contest.

    @matt - I would rather have them as two themes designs. I would also have no problem with each badge beeing different (at least style should be the same). But since budget is not to so big even one common theme would do, if you are able to distinguish meaning of seach single icon.

    Do you want each logo badge done specifically for each award and its own style? For instance wizard would look completely different than demon for work would having their own themes. Or do you want two themes designs one for recognition and one for general?
