Design two signs for a shopfront

Contest Brief
We require to signs to be designed which will be placed on the top of a shopfront. I have attached a photo of the shop showing the placement of the signs.
The signs are 200cm wide x 150cm meters high. The final files will need to be high res PDF with 20mm bleed.
Please find attached the "mock" designs I have done to give you a rough layout. Also attached are relevant logos.

The attached files are just quick designs I did to show the information required and a rough layout. I want them to be redesigned so they look better, with better graphic design. Change to better fonts, texturing etc. Then make them into print ready files to be made into signs. The signs are 2m x 1.5m
