Contest Brief

We are an IT Company with 5 main Services
Security, IT support, Web Development, VoIP and Backup.

1.We need a clean and modern design for our Newsletter. It will include tech-tip, client of the month, testimonials, and a section for 4 different services.

2. We need a design for a brochure or booklet of our services. It needs to be couple of pages. It needs to have about the company, segment (1/2 the page), company history (1/2 the page), 4 different pages for each of the services we provide (please look at the idea as the attachment. It doesn't have to be like that but it gives you an idea what are we looking for)

3. We want a new design for business cards

4. Design for sticker that will be placed on boxes we will ship to the clients. Top of the box will be 6x4

5. Design for warranty certificate. This needs to be something that looks like a certification/diploma. Something that looks official.

6. Design for Client bill of rights. We want to make "Bill of rights" for the clients. This also needs to look official.

7. Power point design for Webinar presentations. We do not need you to make the presentation, but we do need the design of the pages. That includes cover page, background page and last/contact us page.

8. Mousepad Design. Simple. With our company name. And a phone number.

Please remember that everything needs to look very modern. We love minimalistic design. Please be AS CREATIVE AS POSSIBLE. Do not shy away of giving us different, interesting designs. That is why we post this contest, so we can see something different and creative!

    I expected good entries but I was not prepared for such high quality entries from multiple artists. This was very difficult decision. One after which I will be wondering how would the project be if we picked someone else. I have to give major props to Saimarehan, Abbatykori, Stylishwork, Rogeriolmarcos and Patrycjapati. Because of you I could not make a decision for a week. All of you had some elements that we absolutely loved and some not so much. Cindy6db had the highest number of the ones we liked (maybe because she submitted 20 different items) and because of that we decided to go with her for the time being.

    Hello, I would like to know, what you would like to expect to see from designers about the whole project? Is that designers have to designs all the items you mentioned to take part in this contest, or you want a specific style to approve, then develop other things of your need? People over here who are specially in the field of developing Corporate Identity and Branding can develop mush more than you have in your contest brief. But at this point I really doubt someone able to submit multiple concepts if they have to submit the whole set. NEED YOUR FEEDBACK

      You can design as much as you would like. That choice is yours. If you design only one piece to show us how you would do it, and we do not like it we will not ask you for more. If you design 5 pieces and we like 2 of those, we will ask you to make other three again, in the similar style that we liked about those 2 pieces.
