     Hello Neil, just open the google-earth file and look over at the locations bar in the left. You will see all the markings as Phase-1,2,3 etc. Double click on them & u will get all the areas.

  where exactly in Freetown (Kroo bay , white mans bay , Aberdeen Creek. ) Is it by the sea or more in land??..

     the location file is a google earth file, simply open it then go to Freetown, Sierra Leone then you will see the location.

     on the left does it have the places loaded from the file? if you double click on one it will take you there.

     I just tested on another computer, it works but you have to go to this location
     
     Freetown, Sierra Leone
     
     than you will see the location (blue, green, orange colours)
