Use letters sans-serif or slab serif
Blue and complementary colors
It has to convey strength, engagement, safety and reliability.
It must have an isotype (icon) and logo (letters)
Isotype should be easy to recognize, as it is a software for daily use.
You can play with the variants of the name: solupro, Solupro, solopro
