Contest Brief

Hi everyone, I would like to have a research on contests.

We are looking for writers/freelancers that could write the benefits of contests (i.e. crowdsourcing model) in Freelancer.com.
Some benefits for example:
- Best way to show your skills
- Easier to get reviews compared to projects
- Etc
Disadvantages:
- Hard to win a contests
- Strange and incompatible contests

Some examples:
Benefits:
- Don't have to bid to get the job.
- Good exposure of you work.
- Easy to get reviews.
- Customer can shoose a design that is most suited to them.
- Good way to build your portfolio.

Disadvantages:
- Not guaranteed pay after completing a job (someone else might win).
- Hard to adjust design to suit customer.
- Difficult to communicate with customer.
