Do some 3D Modelling

  • Status: Closed
  • Prize: $50
  • Entries Received: 12
  • Winner: rmissin

Contest Brief

3D CAD models are to be created from dimensions supplied (there are 12+ models to be created overall). The 3D models are going to be placed on the company website to give the clients a 360 degree, all-round view of the products. In addition to that, images (screenshots?) will be taken of the models and also used on the website and brochures. Images have to look realistic (life like) and the results professional. The images are of various precast [concrete] products and are going to be used in substitute to real-life images which have to be photo-shopped extensively (a time consuming task that often doesn't leave you with the best result).

Attached are the dimensions of a concrete trough (in cross-section form), plus a real-life image of the trough so you can see what needs to be made up.

Further work that may need to be done:
- animate troughs showing water in them, them filling up & being drained
- cows drinking out of troughs
- the finishd 3D models placed in various backgrounds (e.g. on a farm, in green grass etc. etc.)

Max price of contest is for one result only (see attached files) to gauge who would be best to do further work.

Contest is guaranteed!

Any questions, please don't hesitate to ask! :)
