Do some 3D Modelling for illustrating an appartment / condo for sale

Contest Brief
We are currently renovating an appartment for sale. We want to show potential customers how the appartment could look like in best shape.
1. So we want some 3D modeling and beautiful shots of the appartment according to the real appartment drawings.
2. We also would like an animation video to fly through the appartment if possible. (this is optional)
3. The style of the furnitured appartment should be modern / elegant / luxurious.
4. So bathroom and kitchen should be furnitured with standard bathroom / kitchen stuff.
5. Top room left sided of the kitchen could be funitured like an office.
6. Room on the right side of the living room can be a sleeping room.
7. Living room is a living room.
8. NEW We need a top view also for the appartment. I attach some example pictures of example top view pictures. Therefore we will raise the price money to 250$.
The floor of the 3 rooms besides kitchen and bathroom is wooden. Link to the material is here:

Attached to this contest we put the architectural drawing and some pictures how the appartment looked before in reality.
Appartment will be painted with standard white walls.
The goal is to have a really beautiful and appealing design so customers "must have" this appartment. :-)

@bha4 The bedroom is 18,2m² so it should be big enough to be a normal slleping room with a king bed. 3.83m x 4.74m is the room size according to the plan.

I added an new requirement, and raised the price money for it. Additional requirement is a topview of the appartment as seen in the additional example topview pictures that I have attached. I hope this is no problem!

Hi there, i am interested in your project. But looking at the details do you require interior shots and exterior shots? if so then $220 seems a bit less. Or if you would prefer hiring a freelancer for it that would make all of our lives easy.

Hi archmazzy, the interior shots will be enough. Yes I was thinking once the appartment has been modeled roughly, then a video fly through is just some rendering work for the computer, and not a lot of additional work (for the human :-) I don´t need a hollywood blockbuster of the appartment. It is nice to have, but not mandatory as I already changed in the contest brief.

Hi Tikiri, yes as long as its presenting the room and people can use it for imagination it is serving its purpose! If I make the contest hidden it will be another 25$, so I better give this to the designer instead of paying in fees...

@punits672 I don´t know the exact wall thickness right now, but I think it is not so important. We do not need architectural precision for the contest. Nothing will be built based on what you design. It is just for illustration purpose.
