I'm just starting in the 3d business so I'm always trying to improve myself. So just for future contest and such...can I know what was wrong with my model? the #13 . Please any feed back would be really appreciated.

Do you need a standalone part with all details in the same model? Or an assembly for all visible parts?

Do you need a detailed model (piece by piece)? or just the outside look of the pump.. Do you need a 3D File or some Renders?
