PROJECT: High-Converting Door Hanger Design (Painting Business)

OVERVIEW:
I need a premium, print-ready door hanger (3.5” x 8.5”) designed for a residential painting company in Dallas. This will be used for door-to-door marketing and must feel personal, high-end, and not like a generic flyer.

PRIMARY GOAL:
Maximize QR code scans and generate leads by making the hanger feel like a personalized “home report” rather than an advertisement.

TARGET AUDIENCE:
Homeowners in higher-income neighborhoods (e.g., Highland Park, University Park, Dallas TX)

This is NOT a traditional ad.

The concept is:
“I left you something…” → curiosity
“Home Paint Condition Report” → authority
Handwritten observations → personalization
QR code → action
