Contest Brief

Reward depends on (1) reusability of design AND creativity

I need a *re-usable* design for an eBook Front and Back Cover in a Layered PSD file.
NOTE: This is NOT a mockup design of an ebook / book but the actual layered PSD/eps/ai file that I can reuse for multiple different eBooks.

Topic
- the general topic is whiskies including scotch, bourbon, and rye
- the specific topic includes "The Making of Whisky", "How to Taste Whisky", "Guide to Single Malt Whisky", and "Whisky Jargon" -- other topics possible.

Requirements:
- result must be re-usable for multiple variations of eBook topics (hence layered PSD needed)
- the "look" being attempted is sophisticated and classy (think Ralph Lauren, Chanel, LV Brochure Styling)
- minimal design is better than lots of elements
- include room for Title, Subtitle, Author, and Slogan / Catchphrase
- incorporate the WhiskyBox Logo(s) - variation of logos attached
- incorporate background image layer where various images can be placed - example images attached
- use the following colour palette where possible (alternative palettes will be considered) - not all colours have to be used.

Permitted Colour Palette
#FFFFFF
#000000
#e0d9c7
#7a4012
#cc7619
