Contest Brief

I need a design for an eBook cover that will be used in a series.

I would like a full background image that is light or possibly slightly water marked, and in colour - it must not have a copyright attached to it.
It will then look like it has a sleeve around the book (starting roughly an inch from the bottom and being roughly a quarter of the books height - whatever size/position looks good), similar to Evernote's notebook stacks.
The sleeve will have the book title, author's name and the year it was published - possibly aligned right.
I would like the text to be sans serif.
The sleeve can look like brown paper, or be coloured to match the background image.
I'm looking for a contemporary, classic design.
Please use the Art of War by Sun Tzu for this cover - perhaps a contemporary Chinese dragon on a white background. This must be an original image or a non-copyright image. Money will not be paid out for an image that has a copyright attached to it.

I would like the psd files to be sent, along with a full image and smaller iBooks image. I also have four other book titles for the winner of the project.
