Contest Brief

Produce a full screen 1080x1920 slideshow application for Android that advances the image when the device is *tilted*. The prize will go to the programmer with the most graceful, classy methods for fading or transitioning from one image to the next. (The audience is older people, so nothing jarring.)

The app will display all the images in one of multiple folders. Display will be locked in landscape orientation. The user will be able to choose which folder to view. (Extra credit for an app that uses tilting, not touch screen, for choosing the folder.) The user can choose to display the images either randomly or sequentially by file name. Nothing on the screen except for the image; no borders or overlays.

Must function on HD Android smartphones like the following: ZTE Grand S, ZTE Nubia, Sony Xperia Z/ZL, Samsung Galaxy S4, OPPO Find, HTC One (2013), HTC Droid DNA/Butterfly, HTC Droid, Huawei Ascend D2, Asus Padfone Infinity. Application must work on Android OS version 4.1 and later.

Winning programmer must provide source code and assign all rights.

I wanted to give feedback to everyone who did not win. You gave me no reason to choose you. Next time, put forth some effort. A realistic mockup takes five minutes.

Four hours left. This is a simple slideshow application. No time extension. The $50 dollar prize is prepaid and guaranteed.

No, sorry. It's been up a week, and the time extension costs money.

If you were watching the screen, and you tipped the top away from you. That kind of tilting. I don't know what axis the Android SDK calls it.

" that advances the image when the device is *tilted*. The "tilt" I specify is what would happen if you bend over to tough your toes.
