Contest Brief

We need to design a stylized version of an internal employee program. We are tentatively calling this umbrella the Farmer Brothers Employee Experience but are open to being blown away by another concept.

The design cannot include graphics or iconography in the look and feel of the name itself. I have uploaded our company logo for inspiration but the final product should not include any images, only words, abbreviations and letters. Framing of the words/letters is allowed.

This program will visually tie together all of the benefit-driven programs that we offer our employees. Diverse initiatives from healthcare, financial planning, career development, pay for performance incentives and more will be under this umbrella.
