Empower U - A series of wellness trainings that will empower individuals to take control of their life, so they can live up to their full potential. In our wellness training we are taking a holistic approach to wellness where we focus on the mind, body and soul. Our Wellness training doesn't view the body, mind and soul as separate entities; it looks for the underlying causes of symptoms, and focus on the wellness of the individual rather than illness or current crisis situation.
