Contest Brief

We are developing a 12 acre parcel of ground up near a ski resort and I need a grading plan put together showing retaining walls, balancing the dirt to accommodate the buildings you see overlaid on the topographical map attached here.

I will attach a few other images showing "some but not all" of the retaining walls and can go through explanations further as we choose a winner.
