Title: Simple Promotional Video for Community Development Initiative (Eweland – West Africa) – Budget Project with the possibility of long-term cooperation.

Project Overview
We are looking for a freelance video creator to produce a simple, clear, and engaging promotional video for a regional development initiative called the Ewe Development Board.
The focus of this video is not investors, but the local population in Eweland (Southern Togo & Volta Region). The goal is to explain who we are, what we want to achieve, and why this initiative is beneficial for the people.
This is a low-budget project (approx. €30), so we are not expecting high-end cinematic production. However, the video should still feel professional, structured, and trustworthy.

The video should:
• Introduce the Ewe Development Board
• Clearly explain its purpose in simple and understandable language
