Looking to create a brand for our new Class-A commercial park in Miami—premium warehousing and office space aimed at corporate and executive tenants—looking for a logo that instantly communicates that upscale, industrial, and refined feel. The name of the commercial park is: "Palmetto West Park" Here’s the vision: a modern, sleek mark that combines subtle building or structural cues with abstract geometry. You may also include initials “PWP" over the name. I picture a disciplined two-tone palette that will translate effortlessly from signage and stationery to digital materials without losing its professional edge. The colors in mind are blue, grey/ silver and/or green. You’ll have creative freedom to explore concepts, but the final artwork must: • Present clearly in vector format (AI, EPS, and layered PDF). • Include horizontal, vertical, and single-icon variations plus a monochrome version for stamps and embossing. • Be accompanied by a concise brand guide outlining color values and typography recommendations. ***Project note: ORIGINAL designs only. I’ve developed two original logo concepts for Palmetto West Park based on your requirements and the geometric architectural direction shown in your references. Concept 1 focuses on a bold PWP architectural monogram with strong geometric structure and a premium corporate feel. Concept 2 explores a more refined and minimal PWP symbol using interlocking polygonal forms and negative space, designed to work well for signage, stationery, digital branding, and monochrome applications.
