Contest Brief

We own a small retail building that we will be marketing to re-lease with some improvements to the exterior of the building. We would like to have a 3D Architectural Rendering of the Project and how it could look with future improvements. I have attached photos of the current building and some examples of style that we would like to see in the . We are going to be removing the dormers but keeping the same roof pitch. The rest of the façade is fair game. We are even open to having a patio added to a portion of the front with a rooftop terrace/bar area.

Can you clarify where to add the bar on the roof or on another place because this increases the cost of construction, and do you want more openness on the road, as the windows can be expanded and the windows can be added to the glass that allow light to enter and allow products to be displayed in a better way and give openness to the building
