If you want to post a message on user's wall without permission then it's not possible. User must give permission to app for posting on his/her wall.

You can send them messages in Facebook inbox through script. But can't post on their wall or profile as you want.

You can't auto post on anyone's homepage, wall or profile without them allowing that app. Thats against the facebook policies.

Umm, because of privacy concern, you can not send something on people's wall without their permission. Facebook app can posts on their wall only after getting their permission. They should allow an app to post updates automatically on their wall.

Ok thanks, I got it. One more thing -- Do we need to auto post on their wall or have to send them message ?

  we need to auto post on their wall without send any message to them. i just want this script api working like this: i type any keyword like "pawnshop", then this API finds tons of users related with "pawnshop", then this API goes to those users' wall and post an ads over there, that is it. it would be better if this API can auto post to same user over and over automatically.
