Contest Brief

I have membership cards for my clients with barcodes (is scanning possible?)
Need a simple custom app which can track:
- Fitness Assessments - input data individually for each client
- The package they're on (able to see how many sessions are left, how many weeks remaining etc..)
- Able to track everything from either my mobile or PC.. maybe on a cloud?

Just want it simple and not too complicated.
Please let me know your feedback and any other ideas.

Hi. Read your requirements. I feel you should have posted a project, instead of a contest. However, just to address your requirement, yes, what you need can be done. But, in my opinion, it will be at a cost of approximately, 400-500 USD. If interested, please do get in touch
