We have an app which allow access to our public wifi.

We wish to show ads to wifi users either through wifi itself or through the mobile app.

If you provide consultation based on wifi ads, make sure the ad network allows integration of smaller wifi network like us.

If you provide info on mobile app ads, make sure it works correctly when connected to wifi as wifi would only show IP of wifi network to the ad network. Also almost all our app users would have FB account associated with it.

  Well as you see our app is basically used to access the wifi, all the users would be connected to wifi when they use the app, so many mobile ad networks might not allow ads as thy would find most of the users using 1 WiFi IP. Specially the CPI/ app install network. You have to find a suitable network that would allow ads and installed in this scenario.

you can show ads through the mobile app, by first fetching the ad with your own public IP and then show it to user inside the app.

  it depends on the ad website you're using, each have their own policies, some advertising companies just ignore it when the same user keeps opening the ad from the same Wifi network (by "ignore" I mean they won't block you, but they surely won't give you any money for your visits)
