Contest Brief

I need the the attached illustration vectorized nicely preserving the facial expression and the coordinates of the red points. The points could be circles instead of crosses, but I would like the color to remain the same - dark red. It is important that the details around the eyes, years and eyebrows are done well. The result should be an Adobe Illustrator file or a format that Illustrator recognizes and can convert from. Also please include a PNG image with the same dimensions as the provided original image.
