    Hi sir,
First of all you have to enable message tacking logs on your mailbox server if it is a windows server and if it is a hub transport or edge transport server replace mail box with transportserver in command using powershell .
    "Set-MailboxServer -MessageTrackingLogPath "
then check with the log file with the event name "DEFER". This event is generated only if there is a time delay in message delivery. and then check for your mx records and dns pointing if your dns in on n/w or site or on another site. Also check that your dns and mail sever is on same machine or on different machine?
Well i would like to have a look on your server and client machine both and collect the logs regading the issue. well if you will collect the logs at your own then almost 90% job is done sir . Well i am ready to do it for you.

Hi, this isn't very difficult. I assume it's an issue with your MX DNS records. It should absolutely be possible to have one provider serve your web content, and another to serve your email. I would be willing to take a look right now, if possible. I just need to know who is handling your DNS records (domain registrar?) and your mail exchange service. Thank you.

Hello, thanks for the quick response. My domain is with go daddy (I know terrible choice) and my hosting is with in motion hosting.
