     My sample is #38. I tried to follow all your instructions but though i could not manage to find out the fonts of the logo... However my sample is too simple compared to others but though, I'll be glad to receive a feedback from you.

  For reference Dr. Hopkins is no longer working with us, and we would like the poster to be for a generic physician, for use as general marketing material for our company. We are no longer affiliated with the company that used our old poster and wish to refrain from copying its wording etc.

     Text can be changed anytime, the most important is to choose design/layout you like, so winner designer can make final changes according to your requirements.
