Contest Brief

Looking for a temporary flyer for an estate agents so they can do a sale it will be called the "Golden Key sale" and the key will the the main focus.

The template uploaded where it is highlighted purple this needs to stay where is is however we need to keep the logo and the address somewhere but free rein on the rest.

There could be a banner int he corner etc. just must stand out
