A prize will be awarded for the best forked DApp or blockchain tool deployed to the HPB blockchain.
What you need to know about HPB Chain:
HPB Chain is the worlds first “hardware enhanced” Layer 1, fully EVM compatible blockchain. Transaction speeds run at 5000tps, and gas fees are less than $0.001 per transaction. HPB uses solidity for smart contracts, which can be deployed using remix, truffle, hard hat, etc. It feels similar to working with Binance Smart Chain, however unlike BSC it’s decentralised with currently over 100 global high-performance nodes running the chain as well as many more candidate nodes. HPB is fully ERC20 and ERC721 compatible, and it produces true random numbers on chain using micro voltage fluctuations on the BOE performance cards fitted inside every high performance node.
You can connect to Metamask using the following details:
Network: HPB Network
Chain ID: 269
Block Explorer: https://HPBScan.org
You can also run a sync node if you want using geth and also connect via websockets.
You can fork any existing DApp, any Ethereum or EVM tool, or create a new DApp or tool. You must deploy to the HPB mainnet and your front end can be hosted by any platform such as netlify, vercel, heroku, aws, etc.
You can fork a DEX, a game, cross-chain bridge, token mixer, batch sender, anything you like, but the prize will go to the best submission that factors in user appeal, usefulness and front-end aesthetics.
If you need some HPB to run tests, I can share 2 HPB per entrant to try it out.
