  It needs more information. the images are different. additional floor is added on the existing or not if it is which on is your building. how much floor is added and what type of function you want to use it. did the floor added to some part of existed building or not

  Garage can extend forward 5 ft.

  Garage height 10 ft .
  2nd floor over garage 10 ft .
  Inside heights. Flat roof.
