Here’s the experience I’m after:
• Service providers create rich profiles, publish detailed service listings and manage their own calendars.
• Customers browse those listings, compare offerings and complete a booking without leaving the site.
• A smooth booking system sits at the centre, handling availability, confirmations and basic notifications so both parties stay in sync.
