I’m looking for a reliable linguist who can turn French into natural, idiomatic English (and, when required, the other way around). The main focus is translating general-purpose documents and web content; accuracy, tone consistency, and a clear understanding of context are critical.

What I need first
• Polished French⇆English translations of general documents (Word/PDF, usually 500–2 000 words each).
• Localised, publication-ready web copy that reads as if it were originally written for the target audience.

How we’ll work
• Deadlines are flexible but firm once agreed—most pieces need a 24–48 hour turnaround.
• I expect open, timely communication; flag any ambiguities right away.
• Preferred tools include CAT software, Grammarly, or Antidote, though I’m open if you have an equivalent workflow.
• Strict confidentiality for all materials.

Nice-to-have skills
Although translation is the priority, I occasionally need help with light social media scheduling and targeted online research. If you enjoy variety, there’s room to grow the collaboration.

To apply, briefly describe similar projects you’ve handled, the tools you rely on, and your typical turnaround for 1 000 words. A short paid sample (≈150 words) may be requested before we begin.
